FAQs:
A: To find your organization's Tax ID or EIN, you can search for your organization using the Tax Exempt Organization Search page on the IRS website.
Q: Why should we upload our documents?
A: Many companies require certain documentation to process a matching gift request. If the company has to reach out to your organization to request this documentation, the matching gift process slows down. And if you miss their outreach, or they don't contact you to request the documentation, the matching gift process could stop altogether. By uploading the most commonly requested documentation into your Double the Donation Matching, when your donors complete the auto submission flow, you enable Double the Donation to automatically send these documents to the company processing the matching gift request. This gives your organization peace of mind!
