Understanding Individual records

Understanding Individual records

Each donation record includes the following information: 
  1. Donation date
  2. First and last name of the donor
  3. Donation amount
  4. Donor’s email address
  5. Phone number (if applicable)
  6. Company name (if applicable)
  7. Campaign name
  8. Donation identifier number 

Donations will flow into your 360MatchPro account in real-time from one of three sources:
  1. Donation platform or peer-to-peer platform
  2. CRM integration
  3. Data Import 
The date of a donation records shows you the event timeline which includes:
  1. Date/time the donation record entered into 360MatchPro 
  2. The source of where the Donation record came from (donation form, CRM, or CSV import)
  3. The status of the donation record

Things that can be changed on an individual donation record:
  1. Company name (To learn more about how to change a company name, view this article)

  3. Donor first name
  4. Donor last name
  5. Campaign

Things that cannot be changed on an individual donation record:
  1. Donation date
  2. Email address
  3. Donation amount
  4. Identifier
