      Does Double the Donation Integrate with Community Funded?

      This article walks through Double the Donation's integration with Community Funded.

      Step-by-Step: Integrate Double the Donation's 360MatchPro into Community Funded

      Step #1: In your Community Funded account, go to the organization you would like to activate 360MatchPro on and go to your organization settings. 

       

      Step #2: In your organization settings, navigate to the tab labeled "Double the Donation".

       

       

      Step #3: Enter your public and private API keys when prompted and select "Save Changes" to link your accounts.

      Step #4: Next, navigate to the initiative where you would like 360MatchPro's tools added and go to Pages. 
       

       

      Step #5: Open the drop-down menu to navigate to "Donor Checkout Form". 

       

       

      Step #6: On the right side of your screen, scroll down to the bottom and toggle on the switch to Enable Double the Donation. 

       

       

      Congratulations! The 360MatchPro autocomplete search tool will appear on your donation page, and the matching gifts plugin will appear on your confirmation page. 

      Community Funded - Double the Donation FAQs

      Q: I don’t have a 360MatchPro account. How do I get one?

      A: Visit  https://360matchpro.com/demo-request/ to request a demo! Make sure you mention that you use Community Funded in your demo request form.

       

      Q: I'm using a Community Funded product, but I plan to switch to a GiveCampus product in the future. Can I still use the integration? 

      A:  Yes! Check out our GiveCampus integration guide. 

       

      Q: Where can I embed Double the Donation's matching gift search plugin?

      A: We recommend that you incorporate Double the Donation's matching gift search tool across your broader fundraising. To install the search tool anywhere on your website, simply copy and paste the Embed Code from your 360MatchPro portal. 

       

      We recommend that you create a dedicated matching gift page where you can explain what matching gift programs are and provide donors with a chance to look up their employer's program forms, guidelines, and instructions. This page can be used as a resource to be included in emails, newsletters, and direct messages.
