Section 1: Integrate Double the Donation's 360MatchPro into Allegiance

This section of the integration guide is intended to help organizations establish a direct link between 360MatchPro and Allegiance CRM. Once a direct link is established, the streamlined search field will appear on your donation form, the confirmation page plugin will appear, and all donations will flow from Allegiance to 360MatchPro. In section 2, we will detail how to add 360MatchPro to your WeDidIt donation forms.
Step #1: Log into your RemoteApp Allegiance platform.
Step #2: Navigate to the "Setup Tables" tab from the main menu, as illustrated below.
Step #3: Click on "System Menu" and then "Web Gateway Record Maintenance."
Step #4: Select “Edit Menu” to create the DD Gateway record, then type “DD” in the “Gateway Key” field.
Step #5: Select “DOUBLEDONATION” from the drop down menu in the “Gateway Company” field.
Now that you have created the Gateway Record, you can implement it on your Allegiance forms.
Step #6: Under “System Menu > Web Gateway Record Maintenance”, double click “DD” in the pop-up window.
Step #7: Enter your 360MatchPro Private and Public Keys. (Note that the Private key entry field is labelled “API Key”.)
Step #8: Navigate to the "Web" tab. Click "Tables" and then "Question/Answer Maintenance."
Step #9: In the popup window, click "Edit" in the top left corner. Then click "Insert."
Note: You can also right click on any existing Question Record and select "Insert."
Step #10: Complete the Question Record by filling in the fields below. Once completed, click on the Save Icon in the upper left corner (highlighted below).
We recommend completing the above fields as follows:
Question Record Code: DDSEARC
Question Description: DD SEARCH
Text of Question: (This section is customizable. The above is sample text.)
Format of Answers: Select "Double the Donation Match Question" from the drop-down menu.
This Double the Donation Question Record is now ready to use.
Step #11: Select the "Web" options, to then select "Tables" then "Web Tables" and "Pledge Page Maintenance" to access the Pledge Page Record you would like to add the Double the Donation Question Record to.
Select the appropriate record.
Step #12: Select Section Parameters and choose where you would like the search tool to appear. In the screenshots below, the search tool was added below the phone number by field by navigating to the Name/Address Section. Add the Question Record by selecting Search Question File and selecting DDSEARC.
Step #13: Save the changes. The following is an example of how a Double the Donation Question Record appears on your web page.
After your donor completes their pledge, the Double the Donation matching gift information will appear on the Confirmation Page. If the donor entered an email on the donation form, this information will also be sent to the donor in a confirmation email. Below is an example:
Access Your 360MatchPro Account
If you're not sure how to access your 360MatchPro portal, please follow the steps below:
- Login to your 360MatchPro account by going to https://doublethedonation.com/360matchpro/ .
- Enter your billing information in the "Billing" tab.
- Customize your automated emails and other settings under the "Automated Outreach" and "Settings" tabs.
Section 2 - Add 360MatchPro to Your WeDidIt Donation Forms
Step #1: Login to your WeDidIt Account
Step #2: Navigate to "Settings" --> "Organization" on the left menu.
Step #3: Scroll down to the 360MatchPro section.
Step #4: Enter your public and private keys from your 360MatchPro account.
Step #5: Press save.
Step #6: Now, navigate to campaigns and select the campaign you would like to activate 360MatchPro on.
Step #7: Under general options, select the box 'Allow Double the Donation Employer Matching'
Step #8: Repeat for all campaigns you would like to activate 360MatchPro on.
Congratulations! A “have your employer match your donation” checkbox will now appear across all of your donation forms, expanding to show the 360MatchPro autocomplete search tool. The 360MatchPro matching gift plugin will appear on your confirmation pages, and all donations will flow from WeDidIt to 360MatchPro.

A: We recommend that you incorporate Double the Donation's matching gift search tool across your broader fundraising. To install the search tool anywhere on your website, simply copy and paste the Embed Code from your 360MatchPro portal.
We recommend that you create a dedicated matching gift page where you can explain what matching gift programs are and provide donors with a chance to look up their employer's program forms, guidelines, and instructions. This page can be used as a resource to be included in emails, newsletters, and direct messages.
