Step-by-Step: Integrate Double the Donation's 360MatchPro into Allegiance

Step #1: Log into your RemoteApp Allegiance platform.
Step #2: Navigate to the "Setup Tables" tab from the main menu, as illustrated below.
Step #3: Click on "System Menu" and then "Web Gateway Record Maintenance."
Step #4: Select “Edit Menu” to create the DD Gateway record, then type “DD” in the “Gateway Key” field.
Step #5: Select “DOUBLEDONATION” from the drop down menu in the “Gateway Company” field.
Now that you have created the Gateway Record, you can implement it on your Allegiance forms.
Step #6: Under “System Menu > Web Gateway Record Maintenance”, double click “DD” in the pop-up window.
Step #7: Enter your 360MatchPro Private and Public Keys. (Note that the Private key entry field is labelled “API Key”.)
Step #8: Navigate to the "Web" tab. Click "Tables" and then "Question/Answer Maintenance."
Step #9: In the popup window, click "Edit" in the top left corner. Then click "Insert."
Note: You can also right click on any existing Question Record and select "Insert."
Step #10: Complete the Question Record by filling in the fields below. Once completed, click on the Save Icon in the upper left corner (highlighted below).

Question Record Code: DDSEARC
Question Description: DD SEARCH
Text of Question: (This section is customizable. The above is sample text.)
Format of Answers: Select "Double the Donation Match Question" from the drop-down menu.
This Double the Donation Question Record is now ready to use. The following is an example of how a Double the Donation Question Record appears on your web page.
After your donor completes their pledge, the Double the Donation matching gift information will appear on the Confirmation Page. If the donor entered an email on the donation form, this information will also be sent to the donor in a confirmation email. Below is an example:
Access Your 360MatchPro Account
If you're not sure how to access your 360MatchPro portal, please follow the steps below:
- Login to your 360MatchPro account by going to https://doublethedonation.com/360matchpro/ .
- Enter your billing information in the "Billing" tab.
- Customize your automated emails and other settings under the "Automated Outreach" and "Settings" tabs.

A: We recommend that you incorporate Double the Donation's matching gift search tool across your broader fundraising. To install the search tool anywhere on your website, simply copy and paste the Embed Code from your 360MatchPro portal.
We recommend that you create a dedicated matching gift page where you can explain what matching gift programs are and provide donors with a chance to look up their employer's program forms, guidelines, and instructions. This page can be used as a resource to be included in emails, newsletters, and direct messages.
