A: Setup is easy and will only take 1-3 days! Once you sign up for the Small Nonprofit Plan, you will be connected with an onboarding specialist who will schedule a call with you to get you up and running and can help show you how best to use 360MatchPro. Sign up at https://doublethedonation.com/signup/.
Q:   I don’t qualify for the Small Nonprofit Plan, but I want to get started with 360MatchPro today. Can I sign up?
A: If you know your organization is likely to pass the Small Nonprofit Plan thresholds, we recommend reaching out to request a quote from the Double the Donation team. This ensures your organization is on the right plan from the beginning. Visit https://doublethedonation.com/get-a-quote/ to get a quote.
However, if you have already signed up for the Small Nonprofit Plan and need to switch your plan, don’t worry! You can request a quote at any time from your Double the Donation support team. Reach out to support@doublethedonation.com to let us know you need to change plans.

Q: How do you identify the $10,000 in matches identified threshold?

A: Within your 360MatchPro portal, there are five statuses that update automatically based on where your donors are in the matching gift submission process:

  1. Waiting For Donor

    - Donors who are match-eligible but have not accessed their matching gift forms.

  2. Unknown Employer

    - Donors who have no employer information at the moment.

  3. Match Initiated

    -  Donors who access their matching gift forms through the search tool or email.

  4. Match Initiated - Donor Verified

    - Donors who indicate they submitted their match requests by personally clicking the corresponding button in the automated emails.

  5. Ineligible

    - Donors who are not eligible to get their gifts matched.

When you reach $10,000 for the Match Initiated and Match Initiated - Donor Verified statuses, you have already passed the usage threshold for the Small Nonprofit Plan.

Q:  What happens if I pass the usage thresholds of the Small Nonprofit Plan?

A:  If you pass any of the usage thresholds of the Small Nonprofit Plan, your 360MatchPro account will continue to function as normal for 30 days. In those 30 days, we’ll put you in touch with a member of the Double the Donation team who can guide you through the process of changing your plan.

Q: How will I be billed?

A:  For the Small Nonprofit Plan, you can pay by credit card online. The plan is billed upfront at the start of each year and renews on the same date that you signed up each year. For other plans, speak with your Account Executive about options.
