Where Insights Come From

Eligibility and icons in the Company column are based on company info donors self-report in one of three ways:

  1. Selecting their company via your streamlined search on the donation form.

  2. Indicating their employer through automated email streams.

  3. Supplying employer data that you imported via CSV.

Icon Glossary (what each badge means)

Use this table to decode icons at a glance and decide your next action.

Icon Label Meaning Suggested next step
MG Match Eligible Donor works for a company with a matching gift program. Send or trigger match submission prompts.
VG Volunteer Grant Eligible Donor’s employer offers a volunteer grant program. Promote volunteer grant instructions.
Forms Forms Available Employer has an electronic matching gift form/portal link available. Drive a direct click to the form to submit.
B Blocklisted Donor unsubscribed, marked as close/ineligible, or otherwise added to blocklist (up to 180 days without emails). Do not email; review blocklist reason first.

Icons appear under the donor’s company name in the Donations table.

Filter by Eligibility (fast triage)

Use the Eligibility dropdown above the Donations table to focus your work. Common filters include:

  • Match Eligible – build a calling/email list for likely submissions.

  • Volunteer Grant Eligible – invite volunteers to log hours and request grants.

  • Forms Available – prioritize donors who can submit right now.

  • Auto-submission Statuses – view records progressing via auto-submission.

Practical workflow (recommended)

  1. Filter → Match Eligible to find high-likelihood donors.

  2. Sort by Amount/Date to prioritize recent or larger gifts.

  3. If Forms is present, nudge with a single-click submission CTA.

  4. Exclude any B (Blocklisted) records from email sends; respect the 180-day suppression.
