Step 1 — Open Organization Settings

In your Community Funded dashboard, select the organization where you want to activate Double the Donation Matching.

Navigate to Organization Settings.
Step 2 — Select the Double the Donation Tab
Open the tab labeled Double the Donation.

Step 3 — Enter Your API Keys

Retrieve your Public Key and Private Key from your Double the Donation Matching account under Settings → API Keys.

Paste both keys into the required fields.

Click Save Changes.

Step 4 — Select Your Initiative and Open the Pages Menu

Navigate to the initiative where you want to enable Double the Donation Matching tools.

Open the Pages section.

Step 5 — Navigate to the “Donor Checkout Form”
Use the page drop-down to select Donor Checkout Form.

Step 6 — Enable Double the Donation on the Donation Form
On the right-hand settings panel: Scroll down and toggle Enable Double the Donation Plugin → ON.

Integration Complete
Once enabled:

The Double the Donation autocomplete employer search tool appears on your donation page

The matching gift plugin appears on your confirmation page

Donation records will sync into your Double the Donation Matching portal for automated outreach

A: Visit the Double the Donation demo request page to schedule a demo. Mention that you use Community Funded in your demo request form.

Q: Where can I embed Double the Donation's matching gift search plugin?
A: We recommend creating a dedicated matching gift page on your website. This page will help all website visitors, not just those on your donation form, understand matching gift programs and easily find their company’s matching gift guidelines and forms.
