What the Donor Event Feed Shows
The Donor Event Feed (on your Dashboard) lists the most recent matching gift–related actions taken by your donors. Each entry displays the donor name + gift amount, the action, and the date/time it occurred. The screenshot on page 1 shows a live feed with multiple donor actions and timestamps.

To see the full donation record tied to a feed item, go to Donations and search for that donor (use name, email, or date/time to filter).

Prioritize outreach: Recent “submitted matching gift request” items signal donors who may deserve a quick thank-you or update.

Spot intent: Frequent “clicked the matching gift form button” entries indicate donors who are close to submitting—consider a timely nudge.
