When will I receive a billing receipt for my payment for Double the Donation's subscription?
Double the Donation issues receipts (invoices marked as paid) at the time a subscription payment is made. Receipts will automatically be issued to the primary email address on file as well as all secondary email address which have been added to a subscription.
If your credit card information is up-to-date, you're credit card will be charged on the anniversary date of your subscription. At that time the receipt will be issued.
If you receive an email requesting that you update your credit card information, please allow up to 3 business days for the charge to be processed and a receipt to be issued. If you do not receive a receipt within 3 days of updating your credit card, please submit a support ticket and we'll ensure the charge was processed successfully and issue a receipt via email.
If you're an individual at an organization who subscribes to Double the Donation's service but have not been added as a secondary contact and thus didn't receive a receipt but you need one, please submit a support ticket to email@example.com.
Please note: All of Double the Donation's Basic and Premium Plan accounts come with a 14-day trial period. You are not charged until the end of that 14-day trial period so you will not receive a receipt until the charge is processed.
