Step-by-Step: Integrate Double the Donation's 360MatchPro into Springboard

Step #1: Log in to your Springboard account. Navigate to your settings, then create a new tag by selecting "Marketing" --> "Tags", and name the new tag "DoubleTheDonation".

Step #2: Copy and paste the code from this page into the "Tag" box. Modify the code by changing “API_KEY” to your 360MatchPro public key.

Step #3: Expand the "Fundraiser Visibility" section. Check the box labeled "Show only on donation form confirmation pages".

Step #4. Select "Save" at the bottom of the page. 

Step #5: Navigate to the specific donation form where you would like the plugin to appear, and add the tag to the confirmation page.

Confirm that the integration has been successful by viewing the confirmation page. The 360MatchPro plugin should appear as follows.

Q: I don't have a 360MatchPro account. How do I get one?

A:  Visit https://360matchpro.com/demo-request/ to request a demo! Make sure you mention that you use Springboard in your demo request form.

Q: Does the 360MatchPro streamlined company name search field appear on my donation form, or just on my confirmation page?

A: Currently, the 360MatchPro matching gift plugin only appears on the confirmation page. Please contact your Springboard account manager to request updates about any plans to add the search field to the donation form itself.
