At this time, a Twilio account is required to enable SMS automated outreach. View this article to learn how to integrate Twilio with 360MatchPro.

360MatchPro now supports sending matching gift reminders over SMS, not just over email. This option increases the touchpoints nonprofits using 360MatchPro can take advantage of, thereby increasing their matching gift revenue. SMS automated outreach is currently available for match-eligible donors and only one SMS message can be sent per donation record.

Configure SMS messages

To configure your SMS message, use the menu to navigate to "Automated Outreach" --> "Match Eligible," then scroll down to the "Initial SMS Message" card.
 
 
From this card, you can:
  1. Enable or disable SMS messages
  2. Set a time delay for the SMS message
  3. Write and edit SMS templates up to 1,000 characters
  4. Send a test SMS to any phone number
  5. Save your changes

 

Some email template variables are not available for SMS messages. Refer to the table at the top of the page to view which variables are available for SMS.
