      Does Double the Donation integrate with GiveGab Enterprise?

      Step #1: Retrieve your organization's Double the Donation 360MatchPro public key and private key from your 360MatchPro portal.

      Step #2: Add your organization's Double the Donation 360MatchPro keys under “special settings” within the main “Organization” tab.
       

       

      Step #3: Add 360MatchPro to either an existing donation form or import a pre-built form configured with 360MatchPro.

       

      Option 1. Add the 'DoubleTheDonation - Employer Search' Global question to an existing form.

      Navigate to the existing form’s Form Questions page and click the “Add Global” link in the desired section of the form, then select the “DoubleTheDonation - Employer Question” question from the list of existing Global Questions.

       

       

       

      Option 2. Import a pre-built form directly into your desired Campaign.
       
      This form contains all of the Double The Donation elements including:
      1. “DoubleTheDonation - Employer Search” Global question in the “Additional Questions” section
      2. the selected Employer's specific matching instructions as part of the form's “Confirmation Messages > On-Screen Message”. 

       

      Form Import file:
      To import the above pre-built form, navigate to the “Form List” screen of the desired Campaign, and click the “Import” link in the upper right of the “Donation Forms” section:
       

       

      Step #4: Click the Snippet icon in the upper right of the Campaign navigation bar. Copy the entire contents of the form’s snippet code window and paste it into the HTML of the desired page on your website.

       

       

      This expanded code snippet contains all of the necessary references for the Double The Donation features on the form, including the selected Employer's specific matching instructions as part of the form's “Confirmation Messages > On-Screen Message”.

       

      If you use the Form Chooser Widget:

      If you add forms with the Double the Donation question to a Form Chooser widget, the widget snippet code will be expanded to include all of the necessary references for Double the Donation features:

       

       

      You're finished! You will see an autocomplete search field in-line on your form and the confirmation page plugin after a successful donation.

      Q: I don't have a 360MatchPro account. How do I get one?

      A:  Visit https://360matchpro.com/demo-request/ to request a demo! Make sure you mention that you use GiveGab in your demo request form.

       

      Q: I'm an existing 360MatchPro client. Where do I find my credentials?

      A: Log in to your 360MatchPro portal at  https://doublethedonation.com/members/login/. Navigate to "Settings" and then "API Keys." You will enter your public and private API keys into GiveGab Enterprise, as illustrated in  Step #2.
       

      Q: Where else can I embed Double the Donation's plugin?

      A: We recommend you create a dedicated matching gift page on your website to place matching gift information in the path of every website visitor, not just those already on your donation form. On this page, you can explain what matching gift programs are and provide donors with a chance to look up their employer’s program forms, guidelines, and instructions. Your dedicated matching gift page will become a useful resource to include in emails, newsletters, and direct messages.
