      Does Double the Donation Integrate with DonorDock?

      Step-by-Step: Integrate Double the Donation's 360MatchPro into DonorDock

      Step #1: In DonorDock, navigate to the grid menu in the upper right corner and choose Integrations.
       
      Step #2: In the Apps list, select 360MatchPro by Double the Donation.
       
       
       
      Step #3: In the integration setup screen, enter your public and private API keys, which can be found in your 360MatchPro account. Toggle on the Enabled button and then click the Save button.

      Step #4: A connection test will be performed, and if the keys have been entered correctly, the test will succeed. If the keys are not correct, the connection test will fail. Please ensure you have the correct keys before saving.

       

      Step #5: [OPTIONAL]: The search tool is now available across all of your donation forms. If there is a form that you do not want the search tool to appear on, edit that Giving Page and expand the "Collect Information" section. From there, you can toggle off the integration, so the tool will not appear on that individual form.

      Congratulations! Once the integration has been enabled, the matching gift company search from 360MatchPro will be shown on your online giving pages.

      Q: I don’t have a 360MatchPro account. How do I get one?

      A: Visit  https://360matchpro.com/demo-request/ to request a demo! Make sure you mention that you use DonorDock in your demo request form.

       

      Q: Where can I embed Double the Donation's matching gift search plugin?

      A: We recommend that you incorporate Double the Donation's matching gift search tool across your broader fundraising. To install the search tool anywhere on your website, simply copy and paste the Embed Code from your 360MatchPro portal. 

       

      We recommend that you create a dedicated matching gift page where you can explain what matching gift programs are and provide donors with a chance to look up their employer's program forms, guidelines, and instructions. This page can be used as a resource to be included in emails, newsletters, and direct messages.
