Step-by-Step: Integrate Double the Donation's 360MatchPro into RaiseDonors

Step #1: Log in to RaiseDonors.

Step #2: Navigate to "Settings" (the gear icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen) and then to "System Settings". 

Step #3: In the left-hand menu, under the "Systems Settings header, select the "Integrations" tab. 

Step #4: Select the "Double the Donation" icon. 

Toggle the "Integration status" to "On." Enter your existing 360MatchPro credentials. (Not sure how to find your 360MatchPro credentials? See the FAQs at the end of this article.)

Step #5: Check the box (recommended) to add 360MatchPro to all donation pages.

Step #6: To add matching gift information to individual confirmation pages (recommended), navigate to your selected donation page. Then, scroll to "Page Options" until you see "Display Options".

Select "Yes" to add matching gift information to your Thank You screen. You can also turn the integration on or off for individual forms from "Page Options".

You're all set! The 360MatchPro search bar will appear on your donation forms and matching gift information will appear on your confirmation screen.

Q: I don’t have a 360MatchPro account. How do I get one?

A: if you do not have an account then, you will see a Double the Donation contact form when following the steps above. You can enter your contact information, and Double the Donation will get you set up. Alternatively, you can visit  https://360matchpro.com/demo-request/ to request a demo. Make sure to mention that you use RaiseDonors in your demo request form. 

Q: Where do I find my 360MatchPro API keys? 

A: These credentials will be provided to you when you sign up for 360MatchPro. You can also access them from your 360MatchPro dashboard.

Q: Can you hide 360MatchPro functionality on certain donation pages?

A: If you would not like to add 360MatchPro functionality to all pages, do not check the "Add Double the Donation to all your donation pages" checkbox in the RaiseDonors matching gifts settings. To add the 360MatchPro streamlined search field to an individual donation page, navigate to the "Pages" section and edit the page. In the first step, select "Details" and "Provide donors with option for employer to match gift?" Select "Yes" and save.
