Note: The 360MatchPro integration can be activated with an Arreva Online Fundraising or Arreva ExceedFurther account, not an Arreva Exceed Beyond donor relationship management account.

Step #1: Login through your Arreva Online Fundraising or Arreva ExceedFurther admin portal.

Step #2: Navigate to your gateways. Enter your 360MatchPro Public and Private API Keys and choose "Yes" from the "Active" dropdown.

Note: Make sure you do not copy and paste any spaces before or after your 14-digit API keys - the activation will be unsuccessful if any additional characters are entered.

Step #3: Navigate to your online donation form, and select "Settings" to edit the form.

Step #4: Scroll down to the matching gifts form element. Ensure the section is "Shown" and not "Hidden." Please also ensure that the field is "Mandatory" so that donation records flow over to 360MatchPro.

Step #5: Save your donation form settings and ensure that the element of the matching gift appears on your live form and confirmation screen.

Arreva - Double the Donation FAQs

Q: I am only seeing donation records flow into 360MatchPro if the donor entered their company in the search field. How can I fix this?

A: To send all donation records to 360MatchPro, make sure to mark your matching gift field as "mandatory" within the Arreva form builder. Even if that field is set as mandatory, donors can still choose not to enter employment information and skip over the field entirely.

Q: I don't have a 360MatchPro account. Where can I get one?

A: Visit https://360matchpro.com/demo-request/ to request a demo! Make sure you mention that you use Arreva Online Fundraising or Arreva ExceedFurther in your demo request form.

Q: Where can I embed Double the Donation's plugin?

A: We recommend you create a dedicated matching gift page on your website to place matching gift information in the path of every website visitor, not just those already on your donation form. On this page, you can explain what matching gift programs are and provide donors with a chance to look up their employer’s program forms, guidelines, and instructions. Your dedicated matching gift page will become a useful resource to include in emails, newsletters, and direct messages.
