      Setting Up 360MatchPro in DonorConnect by Wilson-Bennett Technology

      To integrate 360MatchPro with your DonorConnect platform and call scripts, contact your Wilson-Bennett Technology account executive. They will activate 360MatchPro by Double the Donation for you.

       

      Step-by-Step: The Integrated 360MatchPro and Wilson-Bennett Technology Donor Experience

      Step #1: Agent (student caller, ambassador, etc.) calls alumnus to ask for a donation, and guides the donor through the giving process in form.

       

      Step #2: During the call, the agent asks the donor for their company name to see if they are eligible for a matching gift from their employer, and enters the donor's response in the autocomplete search tool that appears within the DonorConnect script. 

       

      Step #3: Company matching gift data will appear for the agent to relay back to the donor, encouraging them to check their email after they get off the phone for next steps to submit their match.

      Q: I don’t have a 360MatchPro account. How do I get one?

      A: Visit  https://360matchpro.com/demo-request/ to request a demo! Make sure you mention that you use DonorConnect by Wilson-Bennett Technology in your demo request form.

       

      Q: How can I edit the automated matching gift templates to include language about pledges? 
      A: We recommend configuring the automated email templates to the specific needs of your organization. To do this, navigate to the "automated outreach" tab from within 360MatchPro. Then, choose the desired email stream that you wish to edit. We recommend reaching out to  support@doublethedonation.com for templates for different contribution scenarios.
       

      Q: Where can I embed Double the Donation's matching gift search plugin?

      A: We recommend that you incorporate Double the Donation's matching gift search tool across your broader fundraising. To install the search tool anywhere on your website, simply copy and paste the Embed Code from your 360MatchPro portal. 

       

      We recommend that you create a dedicated matching gift page where you can explain what matching gift programs are and provide donors with a chance to look up their employer's program forms, guidelines, and instructions. This page can be used as a resource to be included in emails, newsletters, and direct messages.
