      Step-by-Step: Integrate Double the Donation's 360MatchPro into Givecloud

      Step 1: Within your Givecloud account, go to "Settings", then select "Integrations", then click "Browse more...".

       

       

      Step 2: On the integrations page, select "Fundraising". Then click "+Install" to open the integration activation page.

       

       

      Step 3: Toggle Enable on to activate the integration. Then, enter your 360MatchPro Public and Private API keys.  Click "Save & Test" to ensure your connection is complete. You should see a green banner across the top that reads "Connection to Double the Donation tested successfully".

      Step 4: Click Save in the top right corner. You're all set! 360MatchPro will now appear in your Givecloud donation flow.

      Q: I don't have a 360MatchPro account. How do I get one?

      A: Visit  https://doublethedonation.com/get-a-demo/ to request a demo! Make sure you mention that you use Givecloud in your demo request form.

       

      Q: Where can I embed the Double the Donation's plugin?

      A:  We recommend you create a dedicated matching gift page on your website to place matching gift information in the path of every website visitor, not just those already on your donation form. On this page, you can explain what matching gift programs are and provide donors with a chance to look up their employer’s program forms, guidelines, and instructions. Your dedicated matching gift page will become a useful resource to include in emails, newsletters, and direct messages. 

       

      To install Double the Donation’s matching gift search tool anywhere on your website, simply copy and paste the Embed Code from your 360MatchPro account onto the desired page. Take a look at an example:
