Step-by-Step: Integrate Double the Donation Matching with CSIDonate

Step 1 — Log in and Open System Settings

  1. Log in to your CSI account.

  2. Navigate to System Settings.

  3. Select Double the Donation.

 

Step 2 — Enter API Keys and Enable Double the Donation

  1. Enter your Public Key and Private Key from your Double the Donation Matching portal.

  2. Check the box labeled Enable Double the Donation Integration.

  3. Save your settings.

 

Step 3 — Add the Search Field to Your Donation Forms

The integration will not display on forms until the search field is added to each donation template.

  1. Open Template Manager.

  2. Click the pencil icon next to your donation form template.

 

Step 4 — Enable Double the Donation on the Specific Form

Inside the template editor:

  1. Select Form in the left navigation.

  2. Open Integration Settings.

  3. Check Enable Double the Donation on this form.

 

Integration Complete

Once enabled:

  • ✓ The Double the Donation streamlined search tool will appear on all selected CSI donation forms

  • ✓ Employer identification and matching gift details will sync into your Double the Donation Matching portal
