      Can we show only matching gift information and not volunteer grant information?

      This article explains how to configure the plugin so that only matching gift information appears in the search results.

      If your organization doesn't have a volunteer program and you do not want to potentially confuse donors, you can choose to hide the volunteer grant information from appearing in searches.

       

      To change this setting:

      1. Login to your 360MatchPro account.

      2. Navigate to Settings --> Plugin Settings.

      3. Under Show/Hide Volunteer Grants, select "Hide volunteer grants" from the dropdown. Select "Save Plugin Settings."
