To download all donations from your 360MatchPro account, use the bulk backup download option.
Bulk Backup Download Step-by-Step
Step 1: Navigate to Data Import/Export --> Data Export in 360MatchPro.
Step 2: Select a date range, or leave the date selector blank if you want to download all donations from your account.
Step 3: Select "Run Bulk Backup Download."
Step 4: Your backup will begin to run in the background! You can navigate to other pages in 360MatchPro, refresh the page, or close the page without affecting the export. Because the bulk backup download process takes place on Double the Donation's systems instead of your internet browser, it is a fast, stable, reliable process that will allow you to complete other tasks as it runs in the background.
The Data Export page in 360MatchPro will display the time and date of the latest export initialization.
Step 5: When your export file is ready, you will receive an email from 360MatchPro to notify you!
Step 6: Navigate back to the Data Export page to download your file.

Q: How will I know when my file is complete?
A: You will receive an email from 360MatchPro.
Q: How long will my file be available for download?
A: Once you have received the notification email, you have 48 hours to download your export file. After 48 hours, you will have to run the export again if you lose the file.
Q: How soon can I run another bulk download?
A: As soon as your most recent export has been completed and you have received the notification email, you can initialize another export.
Q: Why can't I see a full history of all my bulk backup files in 360MatchPro?
A: As you can imagine, complete exports of all the donations in your 360MatchPro account take up a lot of space! To keep 360MatchPro running fast for your daily operations, we cannot store them in 360MatchPro for extended periods of time. Please download your files promptly and store them where you and your team can access them.
Q: Why might I want to run a bulk backup download?
A: If you are trying to download more than 1,000,000 donation records at a time, you will need to use the bulk backup download feature, since exports of 1,000,000 records from the Donations tab are not allowed.
Q: Can I filter the donations that I export through the bulk backup download?
A: Not at this time.
