Step-by-Step: Integrate Double the Donation's 360MatchPro into raisin® Donation Forms and Pledge Pages
Step #1: In the General Setup of your raisin account, navigate to the Double the Donation tab under Integrations. Check the "Enable" box to enter your Public and Private API Keys.

Step #2: The first time you integrate with 360MatchPro on raisin, you’ll be prompted with two options to add 360MatchPro to your Donations events:

[STRONGLY RECOMMENDED] To expedite setup, you can opt to integrate 360MatchPro across all live events on the Donations module by selecting “Yes, activate for all live events.” The system will find all live events and automatically apply the matching gift search tools to them.

Choose to activate on an individual event basis later by selecting, “No, I’ll activate manually.”
Congratulations! The company name streamlined search field will appear on your donation form, and the matching gift plugin will appear on the success page.
Step #3: Navigate to the "Donation Options" of your Donations events and select the second checkbox. Checking this checkbox allows your organization to take advantage of all of your automated outreach streams within 360MatchPro, resulting in more matching gift revenue for your organization.
This checkbox is unchecked by default, so ensure that you navigate to each of your Donations events and check it during your setup process.
Integrate 360MatchPro onto Pledge Pages
After integrating your Double the Donation account by following Step #1 above, you can add 360MatchPro to your pledge pages.
Step #1: Navigate to your Pledge or Multi-Pledge event. Then, navigate to “Sponsorship Levels.” (Where suggested donation amounts are established.)
Step #2: Scroll to find the “Double the Donation - 360MatchPro” section. Then, check the box that says "Enable Corporate donation matching."
Q: I don’t have a 360MatchPro account. How do I get one?
A: Visit https://360matchpro.com/demo-request/ to request a demo! Make sure you mention that you use raisin in your demo request form.
Q: Can I customize gift-matching results by country or region?

Q: What raisin modules can be integrated with 360MatchPro?
A: As of the initial release, 360MatchPro is only available for one-time and tribute donations on the raisin Donations module. Contact the raisin and Double the Donation teams to check in on plans to expand functionality soon.
Q: Can I add or remove the 360MatchPro functionality from individual forms?
A: To activate or deactivate 360MatchPro in individual events, navigate to the "Donation Options" of the Donations event you wish to modify. Locate the "Double the Donation — 360MatchPro" section in the Other Settings section at the bottom of the page. Check the box labeled "Enable corporate donation matching for this event."
Q: Where else can I embed Double the Donation's plugin?
A: We recommend you create a dedicated matching gift page on your website to place matching gift information in the path of every website visitor, not just those already on your donation form. On this page, you can explain what matching gift programs are and provide donors with a chance to look up their employer’s program forms, guidelines, and instructions. Your dedicated matching gift page will become a useful resource to include in emails, newsletters, and direct messages.
