Step #1: Log into your Tiltify account and navigate to your integrations tab. Select 360MatchPro to navigate to the activation card. 

Step #2: Enter your 360MatchPro public and private API keys (which can be found in your 360MatchPro account under Settings > API Keys). Hit "Connect". 

Congratulations! The 360MatchPro matching gift plugin will now be available for your donors after they make a donation on Tilitfy forms.

Q: I don't have a 360MatchPro account. How do I get one?

A: Visit https://360matchpro.com/demo-request/ to request a demo! Make sure you mention you use Tiltify in your demo request form. 

Q: Many of my Tiltify donors are anonymous. How does this integration handle outreach as it relates to this?

A: While you'd normally want to gather as much information about your donors as possible to raise more from matching gifts, we also want to respect the way your donors who give through Tiltify want to be contacted or respect their wishes not to be contacted at all. Because of this, donation records will only flow into 360MatchPro if the donor selects "Go to Matching Gift Form" after selecting their company name. If they give anonymously, no first or last name data will pass into 360MatchPro.
