This article explains how you can update the contact information on file for your Double the Donation subscription.
If you created a Double the Donation account and would like to switch the primary point of contact, please submit a support ticket with as much of the following information as possible:

Your email address that you used when you created your organization's Double the Donation account

The name of the new primary point of contact that you'd like to have listed on your Double the Donation account

The phone number of the new primary point of contact that you'd like to have listed on your Double the Donation account

The email address of the new primary point of contact that you'd like to have listed on your Double the Donation account
Please submit the above information at the time you submit your support request as we'll need this information to transfer the account ownership over to a new individual at your nonprofit.
