Updating the Primary Contact

If you’d like to switch the primary point of contact on your Double the Donation account, you’ll need to submit a support ticket with the required details.

Information to Provide

When submitting your request, please include as much of the following information as possible:

  1. Your current account email address (the one used to create your organization’s Double the Donation account).

  2. Full name of the new primary contact.

  3. Phone number of the new primary contact.

  4. Email address of the new primary contact.

Supplying this information at the time of your request helps us transfer account ownership smoothly to the new individual at your nonprofit.
