Step-by-Step: Integrate Double the Donation Matching into DonorDock

Step 1 — Open Integrations

  1. Log in to DonorDock.

  2. Click the grid menu in the upper-right corner.

  3. Select Integrations.

 

Step 2 — Select Double the Donation

In the Apps list, locate Double the Donation and click it.

 

Step 3 — Enter API Keys and Enable

  1. Paste your Public API Key and Private API Key
    (from Double the Donation Matching → Settings → API Keys).

  2. Toggle Enabled to ON.

  3. Click Save.

 

Step 4 — (Optional) Disable on a Specific Form

By default, the search tool appears on all donation forms.
To hide it on a specific form:

  1. Edit the Giving Page.

  2. Expand Collect Information.

  3. Toggle Company Match to ✗ OFF for that form.

Integration Complete

Once enabled:

  • The employer search tool appears on DonorDock online giving pages

  • Donation records sync into Double the Donation Matching
