POINT Volunteering - Double the Donation FAQs

Our workplace giving automation platform identifies eligible opportunities and drives more submissions to completion.

Integrating Double the Donation with POINT Volunteering
Step 1 – Navigate to the Integrations tab in POINT
- Log into your POINT admin dashboard and navigate to the Organizations tab.
- Click the Integrations tab.
- Find the Double the Donation tile and click Connect.
Step 2 – Connect the integration
- Paste your Public API Key and Private API Key from Double the Donation dashboard → Account Profile Dropdown → API Keys.

This page will help all website visitors, not just active volunteers, understand volunteer grant and Volunteer Time Off (VTO) programs and easily find their company’s guidelines and forms. You can also feature this page as a resource in your emails, newsletters, and direct messages.
