      Step-by-Step: Integrate 360MatchPro by Double the Donation Into Harness Giving Donation Forms 2.0

      Step #1: Navigate to your "Settings -> Integrations" Page in your Harness Giving platform. 

       

      Step #2: Under the Employer Matching card, enter your public and private API keys from your 360MatchPro account and hit "Save". 

       

       

      Step #3: Go to your Giving Pages section. Navigate to the form where you'd like to see 360MatchPro appear, and select "Edit". 

       

       

      Step #4: Go to "Contact Info" and then toggle "Employer Matching" into the ON position.

       

       

      Congratulations! The auto-complete search tool will now appear on your donation pages and donations will start flowing into 360MatchPro from Harness Giving. This integration is specific to Harness Giving Donation Forms 2.0.

      A: We recommend you create a dedicated matching gift page on your website to place matching gift information in the path of every website visitor, not just those already on your donation form. On this page, you can explain what matching gift programs are and provide donors with a chance to look up their employer’s program forms, guidelines, and instructions. Your dedicated matching gift page will become a useful resource to include in emails, newsletters, and direct messages.
