Step #1: Log in to Giveffect. Navigate to "Charity Settings" and then "Integrations"

Step #2: Select the "Double the Donation" tab. Then enter your 360MatchPro public and private API keys. Select "Enable Double the Donation"
RECOMMENDED: Select "Enable on General donation pages" to add 360MatchPro to your general donation forms. Keep reading to learn how to add 360MatchPro to campaign-specific donation pages.

Special note: If you use a custom thank you page, make sure to add the "Double the Donation Thank You" code found on the integrations page. This only needs to be done if your organization uses a custom thank you page URL.
Step #3: 360MatchPro is now enabled and can be added to general donation pages. For campaign-specific donation forms, first navigate to your desired donation form builder. Then, select the check box that says "Enable Double the Donation".
You're all set! Double the Donation can now be enabled and added to general or campaign-specific donation forms.

Q: Why are my donation records not flowing into 360MatchPro?
A: First, check to see if your organization uses a custom thank you page URL. If you do, you must enable this aspect of the integration for donation records to flow into 360MatchPro. If the problem persists, reach out to your client success specialist at Double the Donation.
Q: I don’t have a 360MatchPro account. How do I get one?
A: Visit https://360matchpro.com/demo-request/ to request a demo! Make sure you mention that you use Giveffect in your demo request form.
Q: Where can I embed Double the Donation's matching gift search plugin?
A: We recommend that you incorporate Double the Donation's matching gift search tool across your broader fundraising wherever you use Giveeffect forms and on your website. To install the search tool anywhere on your website, simply copy and paste the Embed Code from your 360MatchPro portal.
We recommend that you create a dedicated matching gift page where you can explain what matching gift programs are and provide donors with a chance to look up their employer's program forms, guidelines, and instructions. This page can be used as a resource to be included in emails, newsletters, and direct messages.
