Step #1: Log into your Bonterra Fundraising (EveryAction) account and navigate to the Administrative Menu. You can also search for "Double the Donation" in the sidebar menu.

 

 

Step #2: Within the Administrative Menu, select Integrations and then select "Double the Donation Integration" from the available drop-down.

 

 

Step #3: Enter your Double the Donation public and private API keys to connect your matching module.

 

 

Step #4: Once connected, you should see the green button and "ENABLED" label.

 

 

Step #5: Then, you can add the Double the Donation Matching search tool and plug-in to your EveryAction forms by navigating to "Online Actions".

 

 

Step #6: Create a new Contribution form or edit the existing form that you'd like to enable the Double the Donation integration on.

 

 

Step #7: Check the employer matching box on the Build Page.

 

 

Step #8: When you first enable employer matching, you'll be prompted to fill out your organization's information - including your official organization name, tax ID, city, and state/province. Click "organization's information" to fill out the required fields.

 

 

Once you've entered your organization's information, make sure to toggle on "Employer Matching".

 

 

Step #9: Add the Employer Matching Merge Field to the confirmation page wherever you would like the Double the Donation confirmation page plug-in to appear.

 

 

You're all set!  The Double the Donation Matching search tool will appear on your donation form and the plug-in will appear on your confirmation page.
