Step 1 — Open Integrations
From the Donately homepage, navigate to Integrations (bottom-left of the dashboard).
Step 2 — Choose Native Integrations
On the Integrations page, select Native Integrations (right side).
Step 3 — Enter Your Credentials
Enter your Public API Key and Private API Key from Double the Donation Matching → Settings → API Keys, then click Save.

Step 4 — (Optional) Adjust Form-Level Settings
To enable or disable matching gifts on a specific form:

Open the form’s Form Settings.

Toggle Enable Double the Donation on or off.

Save changes.

Q: I don't have a Double the Donation Matching account. How do I get one?
A: Visit the Double the Donation demo request page to schedule a demo. Mention that you use Donately in your demo request form.
Q: I'm an existing Double the Donation Matching client. Where do I find my credentials?
A: Log in at https://doublethedonation.com/members/login/ → Settings → API Keys.
Q: I noticed that donations are not flowing into Double the Donation Matching. How do I solve this issue?
A: Legacy embedded Donately forms are not compatible. Update your embed by:

Going to Forms in Donately.

Selecting the form you embed.

Clicking Share (top-right).

Replacing your existing script tag with the updated script tag provided.
Q: Where can I embed the Double the Donation's plugin?
A: We recommend creating a dedicated matching gift page on your website. This page will help all website visitors, not just those on your donation form, understand matching gift programs and easily find their company’s matching gift guidelines and forms.
