Step-by-Step: Integrate Double the Donation Matching into CrowdChange

Step 1 — Open Admin Settings

  1. Log in to your CrowdChange account.

  2. Navigate to the Admin Dashboard.

  3. Select General Settings → Integrations from the left-hand menu.

Step 2 — Enable the Double the Donation Integration

  1. From the Integrations dropdown, select Double the Donation.

  2. Toggle Enable Integration to ON.

  3. (Optional but recommended) Toggle Enable on all fundraisers by default.

Step 3 — Enter Your API Keys

  1. Paste your Public API Key and Private API Key from your Double the Donation Matching account (Settings → API Keys).

  2. Click Save.

How to add Double the Donation to individual fundraising pages

If you would like to add Double the Donation on individual fundraising forms follow the steps below:

Step 1 — Open the Fundraiser Dashboard

  1. Navigate to your Fundraiser Dashboard.

  2. Select Create New Fundraiser or open an existing one.

Step 2 — Open Integration Settings

Scroll down the left-hand menu and select Integration Settings.

Step 3 — Enable “Import Double the Donation”

  • Access Double the Donation

  • Toggle Import Double the Donation to ON and click Save.

Integration Complete 

Once saved:

  • The Double the Donation search tool appears on donation forms

  • The matching gift plugin appears on confirmation pages

  • Donation records will sync into Double the Donation Matching
