What does Big River's integration with 360MatchPro do?
360MatchPro is a fully automated matching gift tool.
When 360MatchPro is activated, the donor will be presented with a streamlined matching gift search tool on the confirmation page after they've made a donation. When the donor types their employer into the search tool, their transaction record updates in your organization's 360MatchPro portal to include that employer information.
Step #1: Donor enters their information.
Step #2: Donor selects the gift they would like to contribute and clicks "Add."
Step #3: The donor enters payment information and clicks "Submit."
Step #4: The donor is directed to the confirmation page, which includes Double the Donation's matching gift search tool.
Step #5: The donor searches for the employer and is immediately presented with their company-specific matching gift information.

A: We recommend you create a dedicated matching gift page on your website to place matching gift information in the path of every website visitor, not just those already in the process of donating. On this page, you can explain what matching gift programs are and provide donors with a chance to look up their employer's program forms, guidelines, and instructions. Your dedicated matching gift page will become a useful resource to include in emails, newsletters, and direct messages.
