Company - Specific Exclusions - Mark as Ineligible
This article walks through how you can automatically mark companies as 'ineligible" when donors search for the company using the matching gift search tool.
Within your account the matching module, you can exclude specific companies that are ineligible for your organization. That means that the company will appear in the matching gift search tool but when a donor selects they work for that specific company, the donor's status will automatically match ineligible when the donation record flows into the matching module.
How to add a company
Start typing the name of the company and press Enter or select the company.
How to remove a company
Press the "Remove Exclusion" button next to the company you'd like to remove.
