This article walks through how you can hide specific companies from appearing in the matching gift search tool.
Within your account, your Double the Donation account portal, you can exclude specific companies that are not match eligible for your organization. That means if you exclude a company using this company-specific exclusion, the donor will not see the company show up on the matching gift search tool if you embed our plugin on your dedicated matching gift page or any other location on your website.
Please note: The companies you hide from the matching gift search tool will still appear in your streamlined matching gift search on your donation forms.
How to add a company
Start typing the name of the company and press Enter or select the company.
How to remove a company
Press the "Remove Exclusion" button next to the company you'd like to remove.
