      Can we show only matching gift information and not volunteer grant information?

      This article explains how to configure the plugin so that only matching gift information appears in donor search results.

      Why Hide Volunteer Grant Information?

      If your organization does not have a volunteer program, you may want to hide volunteer grant information. This helps avoid confusing donors with opportunities that your organization does not support.

      How to Configure Settings

      To hide volunteer grant information:

      1. Log in to your Double the Donation account.

      2. Go to Settings → Plugin Settings.

      3. Under Show/Hide Volunteer Grants, select “Hide volunteer grants” from the dropdown.

      4. Click Save Plugin Settings to apply changes.
