Blocklist: Phone Blocklist

This article walks through the phone blocklist and how phone numbers can be added.

If your organization calls your donors to follow up regarding matching gifts, you can utilize the phone blocklist. You can add phone numbers to the phone blocklist by navigating to Settings --> Blocklist Management --> Phone Blocklist--> select "Add Entries" --> enter the phone number(s) you would like to add --> select "Add Phone Numbers to Blocklist."  To add multiple phone numbers at a time, put commas in between each phone number or put each phone number on a new line.
