Step-by-Step: Integrate 360MatchPro by Double the Donation into PatronManager
Follow the instructions below to activate the 360MatchPro and PatronManager integration, PatronManager also lists activation instructions on their site, which you can access here: https://bit.ly/3DTo6Us.
Step #1: Install the 360MatchPro app into your PatronManager account by navigating to the Salesforce AppExchange.
Step #2: Follow the directions here to Activate the Integration between 360MatchPro and Salesforce, but make sure to reference section one of the PatronManager guide to ensure accurate setup.
Step #3: Connect PatronManager to 360MatchPro by logging in to 360MatchPro, heading to settings > API Keys, and copying your public API Key.

Step #4: Log in to PatronManager and select the App Launcher.
Step #5: Search for and select Organization Settings.
Step #6: Select the “Organization Settings” Link.
Step #7: Select “Edit.”
Step #8: Paste your 360MatchPro Public Key into the corresponding field, then save.
Step #9: Add the 360MatchPro search widget to your donation forms by heading to the donation forms tab.
Step #10: Select the first Donation Form that should include the search widget.
This functionality is only available on V2 Donation Forms.
Step #11: On the form setup page, scroll down to the Form Builder and click ‘New Content.’
Step #12: Select ‘360MatchPro Search Widget.’
Step #13: Enter a Sort Order.
Step #14: Enter a label for the field, and save!
Step #15: Open the public URL of your donation form to confirm placement for the field.
Step #16: If needed, select ‘Edit All’ in the form builder section and adjust the sort order to move the search widget.
Step #17: Repeat the steps above for any other donation forms where you’d like to encourage matching gifts.

A: We recommend that you incorporate Double the Donation's matching gift search tool across your broader fundraising. To install the search tool anywhere on your website, simply copy and paste the Embed Code from your 360MatchPro portal.
We recommend that you create a dedicated matching gift page where you can explain what matching gift programs are and provide donors with a chance to look up their employer's program forms, guidelines, and instructions. This page can be used as a resource to be included in emails, newsletters, and direct messages.
