Step 1 — Open the Donation Website Dashboard

From your main GiveSignup | RunSignup menu, navigate to Donation Website Dashboard.

 

Step 2 — Navigate to Corporate Gift Match Settings

  1. In the left-hand menu, expand Integrations.

  2. Select Corporate Gift Match.

 

Step 3 — Enter Your API Keys

  1. Paste your Double the Donation Matching Public API Key.

  2. Paste your Private API Key.

  3. Click Save Corporate Gift Match Settings.

Result

The company name streamlined search field appears on the first page of your donation website form.

Step 1 — Open the Race Dashboard

From your main menu, navigate to Race Dashboard.

 

Step 2 — Navigate to Donations Setup

  1. From the left menu, expand Donations.

  2. Select Setup.

 

Step 3 — Open Corporate Matching Gifts

On the Donations page, locate Corporate Matching Gifts and click the Edit (pencil) icon.

 

Step 4 — Enter API Keys and Save

  1. Enter your Public API Key and Private API Key.

Q: I don’t have a Double the Donation Matching account. How do I get one?

A: Visit the Double the Donation demo request page to schedule a demo. Mention that you use GiveSignup  | RunSignup in your demo request form

 

Q: I just made a test transaction, and I don't see my donation from RunSignup in my Double the Donation Matching account. What could be the problem? 

A: GiveSignup | RunSignup allows donors to void (clear) transactions for up to 15 minutes after donating.
To account for this, donations appear in Double the Donation Matching approximately 30 minutes after the transaction is made.

 

Q: Where else can I embed Double the Donation's plugin?

A: We recommend creating a dedicated matching gift page on your website. This page will help all website visitors, not just those on your donation form, understand matching gift programs and easily find their company’s matching gift guidelines and forms.
