Step-by-Step: Integrate Double the Donation Matching into Revv

Step 1 — Open Integrations in Revv

1. Log in to your Revv account.

2. Navigate to Utilities → Integrations.

3. Click the green plus (+) icon to add a new integration.

 

Step 2 — Select Double the Donation Matching

From the list of available integrations, select 360MatchPro.

 

Step 3 — Connect Your Double the Donation Account

If you already have a Double the Donation account:

1. Select Use Existing Account.

2. Enter your Public API Key and Private API Key (found under Double the Donation Matching → Settings → API Keys).

3. Click Save.
   

 

Step 4 — Ensure the Integration Is Active

Confirm that the integration status is set to Active, then click Save if needed.

 

Step 5 — Create the Double the Donation Upsell

1. Navigate to Pages → Upsells.

2. Click the green plus (+) icon.

3. Select Match Pro from the dropdown list.

 

Step 6 — Customize (Optional) and Save

• You may customize the upsell text or appearance, but

  recommended defaults are pre-configured.

• Click Save.

 

Step 7 — Add the Upsell to a Donation Page

1. Open the donation page you want to update.

2. Navigate to the Upsells tab.

3. Click the green plus (+) icon.

4. Select Match Pro Upsell.

 

Step 8 — Save and Preview

Click Save, then select the eye icon to preview how the matching gift upsell appears to donors.

 

Integration Complete

Once configured:

• The Double the Donation matching gift upsell appears in Revv

  

• Donors can search for their employer during checkout

• Donation records will sync into Double the Donation Matching

1. Log in at https://doublethedonation.com/members/login/

2. Enter billing information under Billing

3. Customize emails under Automated Outreach

4. Configure exclusions, domains, and integrations under Settings

Q: I don’t have a Double the Donation account. How do I get one?

A: Visit the Double the Donation demo request page to schedule a demo. Mention that you use Revv in your demo request form.

You can also fill out the new account form that will appear when following the steps above. 



Q: What are the payment options?

A: If you provision an account through Revv, then your default payment option is our variable billing plan. For this billing structure, your organization will pay 10% on submitted gift-matching requests.
 
There is also an annual option, where your organization can pay one set price for the year. Email support@doublethedonation.com to ask about this payment plan. You can also check out this page to learn more about entering your billing information. 

 

Q: Where else can I embed Double the Donation's plugin, other than my Revv donation Upsell?

A: We recommend creating a dedicated matching gift page on your website. This page will help all website visitors, not just those on your donation form, understand matching gift programs and easily find their company’s matching gift guidelines and forms.
