Step-by-Step: Integrate Double the Donation's 360MatchPro into Revv

Step #1: Log into your Revv account. Navigate to "Utilities" and then "Integrations." Select the green plus sign (+).

Step #2: Select the 360MatchPro integration from the list.

Step #3: If you have an existing 360MatchPro account, select "Use Existing Account" and enter your 360MatchPro Public and Private API keys. Select "Save."

Step #4: Ensure that the integration is "Active."

Step #5: Navigate to "Pages" and then to "Upsells." Select the green plus sign (+) and select the "Match Pro" option from the dropdown list.

Step #6: Select "Save" after customizing the settings of the 360MatchPro upsell (optional). Recommended settings are set as default.

Step #7: Navigate to the donation page if you would like to add the 360MatchPro upsell. Navigate to the "Upsells" tab. Select the green plus sign (+) and select the "Match Pro Upsell" from the dropdown list.

Step #8: Select "Save." Select the eye icon to preview the 360MatchPro upsell.

Access Your 360MatchPro Account

Login to your 360MatchPro account by going to https://doublethedonation.com/360matchpro/.
Enter your billing information in the "Billing" tab.
Customize your automated emails and other settings under the "Automated Outreach" and "Settings" tabs.

A: Visit https://360matchpro.com/demo-request/ to request a demo! Make sure you mention that you use Revv in your demo request form.

Q: What are the payment options?

A: If you provision an account through Revv, then your default payment option is our variable billing plan. For this billing structure, your organization will pay 10% on submitted gift-matching requests.

Q: Where else can I embed Double the Donation's plugin, other than my Revv donation Upsell?

A: We recommend you create a dedicated matching gift page on your website to place matching gift information in the path of every website visitor, not just those already in the process of donating. On this page, you can explain what matching gift programs are and provide donors with a chance to look up their employer's program forms, guidelines, and instructions. Your dedicated matching gift page will become a useful resource to include in emails, newsletters, and direct messages.
