Step 1: From your WordPress account, navigate to "Plugins" then search "Give - Double the Donation" or access the plugin from the WordPress.org repository. Select "Download" to download the plugin.
Step 2: From your WordPress admin page, navigate to “Plugins”, then select "Add New".
Step 3: Select "Upload Plugin" and then upload the zip file you downloaded in step #1. Select "Install now" and then click "Activate".
Step 4: You will then see Give - Double the Donation activated.
Step 5: Select the “Settings” option under Give - Double the Donation to connect your 360MatchPro credentials.
Step 6: Enter your 360MatchPro credentials and select “save changes”.

Step 7: Next, navigate to the “Edit Donation Form” section of the form you would like to use. You will now see an option titled “Company Matching”
Step 8: Select this option, then select the “Enable” employer search option.

A: Visit https://360matchpro.com/demo-request/ to request a demo! Make sure you mention that you use Custom Donations in your demo request form.
Q: I'm an existing 360MatchPro client. Where do I find my credentials?
A: Login to your 360MatchPro portal at https://doublethedonation.com/members/login/ Navigate to "Settings" and then "API Keys."
Q: Where can I embed the Double the Donation's plugin?
A: We recommend you create a dedicated matching gift page on your website to place matching gift information in the path of every website visitor, not just those already on your donation form. On this page, you can explain what matching gift programs are and provide donors with a chance to look up their employer’s program forms, guidelines, and instructions. Your dedicated matching gift page will become a useful resource to include in emails, newsletters, and direct messages.
To install Double the Donation’s matching gift search tool anywhere on your website, simply copy and paste the Embed Code from your 360MatchPro account onto the desired page.
