Step-by-Step: Integrate Double the Donation Matching into AlumnIQ

Step 1 — Navigate to Employer Match Settings

In your AlumnIQ platform:

  1. Go to Giving

  2. Select Settings

  3. Click Employer Match

From the dropdown, choose Double the Donation Matching as your employer match service.

 

Step 2 — Enter Your API Keys and Select Data Sync Level

In Provider Secrets, enter:

Found under Settings → API Keys in your Double the Donation Matching account

Then choose one of the following data sync options:

Option Recommended? Description
Send all gifts ✓ Yes Enables full matching gift automation, regardless of whether employer information is present
Send only gifts with employer details ✗ Not recommended Limits data sharing and reduces automation effectiveness

 

Step 3 — Integration Complete

Once saved:

  • Double the Donation Matching activates across all AlumnIQ donation forms

  • Donation records will flow into your Matching portal
