Understanding User Roles

This article defines the permissions of each of the user roles available in Double the Donation: View Only, Edit and Administrator.

User Role

When you set up your Double the Donation account, you can add multiple users with different roles to help manage matching gift functionality. This ensures that team members in marketing, fundraising, technical, and development roles all have the right level of access.

 

There are three user roles:

  1. Administrator

  2. Edit

  3. View Only
