This means that you can access templates, add your logos, colors, and branding, and share that resource across your different channels - all included with your Double the Donation subscription!
Getting Started
To access Double the Donation's templates, log in to your account.
Within each of our modules, you will see a "Resources" tab on the side. Select this, and then "Marketing Assets". From there, you can browse different template options and search for your preferred marketing platform.
The templates within each module are specific to that area of workplace giving, meaning that the matching module contains matching gift templates, the volunteer module contains volunteer grant/VTO templates, and the payroll giving module contains payroll giving templates. That means you can promote all forms of workplace giving effortlessly to begin engaging your supporters and growing participation!
Once you select a template, you will be redirected to Canva, a customizable graphic design site. This site will allow you to update your templates' colors, fonts, branding, and more. You can make any desired changes within Canva, and then export your design to use across marketing channels.
