      Does Double the Donation Integrate with Donorbox?

      This article walks through Double the Donation's integration with Donorbox.

      Step-by-Step: Integrate Double the Donation's 360MatchPro into Donorbox Donation Forms

      Step #1: Navigate to your Donorbox account and go to the "Integrations and Add-Ons" section on the left-hand menu. 

       

      Step #2: Click on Employee Gift Matching. 

       

       

      Step #3:  Here, you'll see a page with information about 360MatchPro and Donorbox. Toggle on the "Enable Company Matching" switch at the bottom to reveal the API key entry portal. 

       

       

      Step #4: Enter your 360MatchPro Public and Private API keys (you can find these in your 360MatchPro account under "Settings > API Keys"). Click "Save". 

       

       

      Congratulations! 360MatchPro tools will now appear on your Donorbox forms and donation data will flow from Donorbox into your 360MatchPro account.

      A: Visit https://360matchpro.com/demo-request/ to request a demo! Make sure you mention that you use Donorbox in your demo request form.

       

      Q: Where can I embed the Double the Donation's plugin?
      A: We recommend you create a dedicated matching gift page on your website to place matching gift information in the path of every website visitor, not just those already on your donation form. On this page, you can explain what matching gift programs are and provide donors with a chance to look up their employer’s program forms, guidelines, and instructions. Your dedicated matching gift page will become a useful resource to include in emails, newsletters, and direct messages.
