Our workplace giving automation platform identifies eligible opportunities and drives more submissions to completion.

Step 1 — Log in to CharityEngine
Sign in to your CharityEngine account.
Step 2 — Navigate to Web Forms
Go to Online → Search & Manage under Web Forms.
Step 3 — Open an Existing Web Form
Locate a web form using Quick Filters or Advanced Filter, then hover over Actions and select Manage.
Step 4 — Open Integrations Settings

Select the Advanced tab.

Hover over the expansion arrow and choose Integrations.
Step 5 — Configure Double the Donation
Click “click here to configure” in the Double the Donation section.
Step 6 — Enter API Keys
Paste your Public API Key and Private API Key from Double the Donation Matching → Settings → API Keys.

Step 7 — Save and Enable

Click Save (important).

Return to the web form and toggle Double the Donation to Enabled.
Integration Complete
Once enabled:

Donors can access the Double the Donation matching gift plugin from the CharityEngine confirmation page

Donation records will sync to your Double the Donation Matching portal

A: Visit the Double the Donation demo request page to schedule a demo. Mention that you use CharityEngine in your demo request form.

A: We recommend creating a dedicated matching gift page on your website. This page will help all website visitors, not just those on your donation form, understand matching gift programs and easily find their company’s matching gift guidelines and forms.
