Integrating Double the Donation with Volunteer Shift Manager

Step 1 – Navigate to the Integrations tab in Volunteer Shift Manager

  1. Log into your Volunteer Shift Manager dashboard and navigate to Account → Integrations from the sidebar.

  2. Scroll down to the Double the Donation section.


Step 2 – Enter your Public and Private API keys

  1. Paste your Public API Key and Private API Key from Double the Donation Matching → Account Profile Dropdown → API Keys.

Step 3 – Connect the integration

  1. Click Save Keys to save the configuration. You should see a green banner that says “Saved and verified in Double the Donation.”

 

Step 4 – Enable the integration on individual programs and events

  1. Navigate to Day to Day → Programs from the sidebar and click your desired program or event.
  2. Click More → Edit program or Edit event.
  3. Under Signup options, check the Ask where volunteers work checkbox.
