Integrating Double the Donation with SGA Pulse

Step 1 – Request Integration Activation

  1. Reach out to your SGA Pulse account representative to let them know you’d like to activate the Double the Donation Matching integration.

Step 2 – Securely Share API Keys

  1. Get your Public API Key and Private API Key from Double the Donation Matching → Account Profile Dropdown → API Keys.

  2. Securely share your Public and Private API keys with your SGA Pulse account representative, so they can initialize the connection within your SGA Pulse account.

Step 3 – Enable the integration on individual forms

  1. Within your SGA Pulse dashboard, navigate to Settings → Billing & Payments → Guest Checkouts.
  2. Click the pencil icon to edit your desired Guest Checkout. Under the Settings tab, check the <<>> box.
  3. Click Save.

A: We recommend creating a dedicated matching gift page on your website. This page will help all website visitors, not just those on your donation form, understand matching gift programs and easily find their company’s matching gift guidelines and forms.
