Step #1: In your GiveSmart Donor CRM account, go to your name in the top right corner and select "Client Settings".
Step #2: Under 3rd Party Integrations, find the Double the Donation tile and click "Add API Keys".
Step #3: Enter your public and private API keys, which can be found in your 360MatchPro account under Settings -> API Keys, into the appropriate fields and click "Save".

Step #4: Make sure that the Double the Donation toggle function on your donation form builder ("Collect Donations -> Generate Donation Link -> Enable External Donations") is ON (will be highlighted in blue).
Step #5: Congratulations! Donors will now see the 360MatchPro autocomplete search tool during the giving process and donations will flow from GiveSmart Donor CRM forms to 360MatchPro.

A: We recommend that you incorporate Double the Donation's matching gift search tool across your broader fundraising. To install the search tool anywhere on your website, simply copy and paste the Embed Code from your 360MatchPro portal.
We recommend that you create a dedicated matching gift page where you can explain what matching gift programs are and provide donors with a chance to look up their employer's program forms, guidelines, and instructions. This page can be used as a resource to be included in emails, newsletters, and direct messages.
