Setting up Double the Donation Matching in Pixels & Digits
Integration setup is completed by the Pixels & Digits team.
How to Activate the Integration

Contact your Pixels & Digits Account Manager.

Provide your Double the Donation Public API Key and Private API Key.

Pixels & Digits will enable the integration and apply it to the donation forms you specify.
Tip: Your API keys are located in your Double the Donation Matching portal under
Settings → API Keys.
Step-by-Step: The Integrated Double the Donation Matching and Pixels & Digits Experience
Step 1 — Donor Makes a Gift and Searches for Their Employer
On the donation form, donors see the employer search tool and can enter their company name to check match eligibility.
Step 2 — Donor Receives Personalized Matching Gift Instructions After Donating
Immediately after completing the donation:

Donors are informed of their company’s matching gift program

They are shown next steps for submitting their matching gift request

They receive instructions based on the company they selected (if applicable)
Step 3 — Donation Records Flow Into Your Double the Donation Matching Portal
After the donation:

Donation records automatically sync to your Double the Donation Matching account

Automated outreach is sent to donors who have not yet submitted their match

No match-eligible donation “falls through the cracks”

A: Visit the Double the Donation demo request page to schedule a demo. Mention that you use Pixels & Digits in your demo request form.

A: We recommend creating a dedicated matching gift page on your website. This page will help all website visitors, not just those on your donation form, understand matching gift programs and easily find their company’s matching gift guidelines and forms.
