Setting up Double the Donation Matching in Nuclavis

To activate the integration:

  1. Contact your Nuclavis Account Manager.

  2. Provide your Double the Donation Public API Key and Private API Key.

  3. The Nuclavis team will configure and enable the integration inside your P2P app.

Step-by-Step: The Integrated Double the Donation Matching and Nuclavis Experience

Step 1 — Fundraisers Identify the Donor’s Employer in the Nuclavis P2P App

Fundraisers can:

  • Search for the donor’s employer directly

  • Encourage the donor to check their eligibility

  • Initiate a match request even if the donor’s company is unknown

Step 2 — Donors Receive Automated Outreach from Double the Donation

Based on the fundraiser’s employer identification (or lack thereof), Double the Donation automatically sends:

  • Emails prompting the donor to identify their employer

  • Emails guiding donors to submit their matching gift request

 

Step 3 — Matching Gift Status Updates Flow Back Into Nuclavis

Nuclavis displays updated matching gift statuses so fundraisers can track donor progress.

Statuses may include:

  • In Process

  • Confirmed

  • Matched (depending on employer and submission progress)

A: Visit the Double the Donation demo request page to schedule a demo. Mention that you use Nuclavis in your demo request form.

A: Ensure your P2P app is updated to its latest version. Older app versions may not display the matching gift integration even after activation.
