Step-by-Step: Integrate Double the Donation Matching into MonkeyPod
Step #1: Log in to your MonkeyPod account and select the Apps & Integrations tab.
Step #2: Scroll down and locate the Double the Donation app. Click Install.
Step #3: An installation pop-up will appear. Click Confirm to proceed.
Step #4: Once installation is complete, choose Manage/Update Settings.
Step #5: Under Settings, enter your Double the Donation API keys.

Congratulations! Double the Donation Matching tools will now appear on all of your MonkeyPod fundraising pages, and donation records will begin flowing into your matching module!

Q: Why didn’t the confirmation page appear after a donation, and why didn’t the donation sync with Double the Donation?
A: This usually occurs when a fundraising page is set to redirect donors to a custom URL after a donation is submitted. When a redirect is enabled, donors bypass the standard confirmation page, which prevents the Double the Donation integration from loading correctly.
To resolve this, please follow the steps below:
Fundraising > Fundraising Pages > Edit the applicable fundraising page > Giving Options > Scroll to Other Settings > Locate “Redirect After a Donation is Made? (Optional)” and ensure the field is empty. Changes are saved automatically.
